Sanofi asked us to get carers everywhere to join their online communities.

 

We discovered that under-resourced, overworked carers need low-cost ideas to replicate just-in-time, and secretly use mobile to search for them.

My team and I turned that  insight into the world's biggest, most awarded innovations platform for caregiving.

Every year we ask 28 million nurses globally to share their low-cost innovations from the real world with others like them. Then we film and share top stories—voted online by carers and international nursing organizations—to spur even more to join in.

 

Our authentic and unique 'peer-to-peer-value' approach quickly made "Care Challenge" the largest, most awarded harvest of caregiving genius globally, attracting WHO and the UN as partners. Now this untapped ocean of affordable, unique health ideas is helping millions to live better— 68 million and climbing, at last count. That's larger than France! How we helped Sanofi to achieve its business objective and Reach Higher.
