Meet "Never Stop." - Divisional storytelling that turns fresh thinking, happy accidents, and new cardiovascular research from around the world into hope.

We transformed Abbott's vascular division website into a buzzing content hub that helped it to Reach Higher. First we conducted a global exercise to gather and synthesize core audience and business insights. Then we helped Abbott craft a spectacular CX strategy, with bite-sized ‘Never Stop' video stories that customers can share.

 

Based on global vascular science breakthroughs—and Abbott’s R&D—the ‘Never Stop' stories help people and doctors around the world be inspired, and learn about emerging options in cardiovascular science and health.
